Said they had medical transcription work for people to do at home. Required a specific software purchase.
After "trial" where they said I did great and were looking forward to working with me, I purchased the software. Since I purchased the software, I can't get them to respond.
I filed complaint with BBB and company keeps responding that they are willing to work with me in any way they can. But, they still haven't ever offered to send me any work.
I was laid up at home with an injury from a car wreck, which would've been the PERFECT situation to work from home doing transcription, but they wouldn't send me anything.
The "exclusive software" cannot be used to run my own business at home with local physicians, because there is no recorder for the doctor to transcribe into... And I'm not about to help the company reel in any more "mullets" like me!!
