We're victims of Moss Sidell. We waited over 9 months before we were denied our HAMP loan, then he refused to refund our fees as guaranteed. Then when we did get a loan, he wanted to take credit. We're presently going thru' the court system with him now to get our fee reimbursed - wish us luck.
We've contacted the MA bar association and Sidell is currently being investigated by the Office of the Bar Counsel of the Supreme Court. If you want to file a complaint on your individual issues with Sidell, contact the Attorney and Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP) at (617) 728-8750. They'll take an initial investigation report and do a phone interview with you. (It's pretty painless and very invigorating to be finally heard!) Then if they feel there's a real problem (which we all know there's a major problem pertaining to Sidell's work ethics...) then the next level of investigators will contact you. We've just finished the second level of invetsigation and waiting with baited breath to see what happens next.
Don't let this "professional" get away with anything. Speak up - obviously you're ready to do something since you've put in a complaint to consumer complaints. Take it a step further and help get this guy what he deserves!!!
