I bought a worx weed trimmer nearly this past year the very first 5 employs it just worked for half an hour today it just operates for 4 units I've attempted to get hold of the organization numerous occasions however they don't reply the telephones I've 11 hours waiting on-hold I'd like them to recognize the guarantee. I am unsure if its the battery or perhaps a defective device
