Travelinsurance.ca is the worst insurance that I have ever used. I was with Viator before and they gave great service, covered EVERYTHING and rapid. (Viator no longer covers germany so I had to change).

TIC insurance are terrible, I have never had such bad and complicated insurances in my life. Every time I talk to someone they tell me different information.
They have a 30 day policy meaning that if you dont feel better after 30 days then its your problem. They need to check every single piece of paper before approving it. Meaning it takes for ever before you can see a doctor. And I could talk about them for hours but they already lost so much of my time that I rather not go on.
PS. When I took the plan they said yes yes all is covered. All good. No worries... Please do not trust them. This company's polciy is a sham!
