I keep telling them my bank account is closed yet they still continue to draw on it; thus making it overdrawn. Why can't they believe the things I tell them and don't be so stupid. Also have a good mind to default on the loans; if they want to take me to court on check fraud, fine; I'll tell the judge they're the ones who wrote the check and not me. CashNet USA, along with all the other pay day loan places, need to go out of business.
