Paul Wiltz and his staff are great at blowing a lot of smoke and creating lots of paperwork. They basically guarantee they will fund films with certain things in place, and yet when those things are shown to be in place, their story changes, and they actually ask the people looking to get funding for money. People have dreams and come up with 100,000"s of dollars with being told that you will have an investor within 30-90 days. Then so called deals were lost because of an illness he has or had. Now after a year and a half no investor or no money. They should not be allowed to do this to anyone else. The fast talk conversations were all BULL!!! They claim to be in the banking busybeware!!!
