The corporation had me spend $14.99 extra to get a duplicate of the tax-return I finished via email. After spending it and looking at, I obtained a note they would need to email me a duplicate of it anyhow because it was fees to get a former year. I required a reimbursement of the $14.99 because that hadn't been revealed in my experience before spending, plus they declined saying that their costs are nonrefundable. Additionally, after I obtained my tax-return via mail, there have been mistakes. I would recommend that you simply utilize another person!
