I have made two spreadsheets from the muddled mess that Paradise Oaks has provided me as a statement. One spreadsheet with all my payments and one with all their charges. I have plainly overpaid $1475 to Paradise Oaks, who constantly and adamently indicates I am incorrect. I have loads and loads of proof and evidence, just need an attorney now. I may just file small claims and leave.
