I shut my bill with MBNA today 13 years after getting my card. For that very first time over these decades I'd reviewed my restriction as a result of double-bill for university costs.
I had been unacquainted with this until my card was declined as nobody from MBNA approached me. I settled over €6,000 of the €7,000 statement but was one-day late spending the rest of the €1,000. And was charged interest about the total amount. A week ago I called customer support and talked to some very useful woman who stated that when I was this type of great client who'd usually compensated quickly she was sure a diploma of hotel might be created which she'd move the request onto her manager and that I must obtain a response with 48 hours. There was no more contact and so I called back today and talked to some woman named Theresa who had been also ethical and useful and he or she transferred me to her supervisor, Mark. I described my condition honestly as well as in complete and was educated they were a company.in my opinion that it very apparent and didn't have to be stated in my experience. He explained that he was out-last week to ensure thatis why nobody delivered my call. His perspective was dismissive and he appeared irritated by my phone. I use the public myself all day long of course if among my team operated as this guy did I'd request time to deliver him on the refresher program on coping with the general public.
