I shut my bill with MBNA today 13 years after getting my card. For that very first time over these decades I'd reviewed my restriction as a result of double-bill for university costs.

There was no more contact and so I called back today and talked to some woman named Theresa who had been also ethical and useful and he or she transferred me to her supervisor, Mark.
