These people are continually calling my place of employment and treating to contact my immediate supervisor if I don't pay. When I asked for written documentation they told me that the case was being tried the next day so they could not send me any written documentation but if I was not going to pay they would delivery the documentation to my home or my job and if my attorney was not present I would be arrested. They gave me the name of an attorney, whom they said would not take calls from me and also gave me his Bar#. After some research I found out the the Bar# belongs to an attorney in California that has never heard of the other attorney. They told me if I fax them a letter saying I was going to pay if and pay the amount with a credit card only, they could make it go away.
