I borrowed money in paid them back in installments, now they are trying to collect again and harrassing my references

Borrowed money in paid them off in installments. Now they are harrassing my references stating if I don't pay they will take them to court and make them pay. They are a rip-off. DO NOT borrow from these people or arrange to pay them off in installments. They will not keep record and they will still harrass you for payment. I am contacting an attorney about filing suit against them for unneccesary harrassment.
