In Feb I signed an agreement with EM Lynch Marketing to help me with a loan modification. The agreement was for 12 months and stated that if they do not succeed in getting a loan modification, I will get my money back. I paid them $750.in addition, their people assured me beyond any doubt that I have nothing to lose. After getting denials from the bank and after 14 months, I decided it is time to ask for my money back. They tell me that they decided I do not qualify for a refund. Isnt that convenient. What a scam. Apparently a few other people have been scammed in a similar way by this company. I filed a complaint to the AZ Attorney General Office, and I hope everyone else does the same. This company should not be allowed to conduct business.
