I applied for an loan on the internet did not sign up for this service, I am on disability and they are taking advantage of people like me I called them and they told me I could not get my money back

I went to the internet to check my account balance and saw that national platinum had deducted $99.95 from my account, I immediately called them and was told that I had ordered it when I applied for a loan, I did not and informed him of that, he informed me that it was non refundable and there was nothing I could do, I should just go online and shop. I asked for a manager and he told me he was the manager... I am on disability and it is hard enough out here without people ripping you off
