The company cold calls business and offers discounted merchant processing. They portray their services as a credit card exchange which can offer lower rates. No rates are quoted. Sales person also state they can guarantee 35% discount on my current fees and they do not know my current processing fees. They want to know my business volume, but I said the promised exchange rates are not predicated on volume. They state the maintain an A rating with the BBB. The BBB of Phoenix does not have the company rated. They seem to tell you almost anything to get you to sign up for an appointment at your business with their sales person. I do not with to deal with fraudulent companies.
