Not refunding my money from my bank account

This issue dates back to December when my fiance purchase free items which organization stated that all we'd need to spend is $5.75 for Delivery & Handling. When we obtained these products normally they delivered items amounting to $89.95. I named the organization exactly the same evening informed them used to donot purchase something and also the really unpleasant consultant stated nicely because you possess the item why-don't you simply check it out. I delivered the merchandise back exactly the same evening I obtained it and informed them I have to have my bank acct. Acknowledged, they said it'd consider about 24 to 48 hours. As you are able to inform it's March plus they never returned me. Our lender retains on subtracting $89.95 from my bill. I talked to some Consultant called Irene and he or she explained she did get the items I delivered back of course if my lender directs a fax using the purchase# 91391604 Irene offered me the issue could be solved. Nicely once again on March 3 $89.95 was taken again. I'll be calling the Attorneygeneral's workplace to deal with this issue. We're on the fixed-income because of my fiance having a swing and we'd never woulld have requested these items specifically for the quantity of $89.95.
