When i opened a CD account with this bank I specifically asked if I could access my funds on maturity through an ACH transfer through an externally linked bank and I was told that there would be no problem if I opened an additional Online savings account. Now that the CD has matured there story and attitude has totally changed. Now they want to charge me a fee to wire transfer the funds even though I had clarified about the ACH transfer prior to opening the account.
Stay away from these people!!!
