I am writing this letter to "warn" people and business about what I feel in my opinion is immoral business practices with a company called Allco Leasing. We live in Montana, my mother lives in California, and visits with us. She opened up a savings account in Montana to protect herself incase of illness while visiting us since she is elderly.
She put my name on "her" account incase she became incompasitated while visiting I could get her money for her medical expenses. Because of a large embezzlement at our business in Montana we have had some major financial problems with our business. This company Allco Leasing received a judgement and seized my mother's bank account, of which she has had nothing to do with our business before, now, or in the future.
I feel there should have been an investigaton as to who's money they were taking before arbitrarily going in and assuming the money they took was mine, as NO part of her money is mine or ever has been mine. Thank you for letting me vent.
