I offered my home and settled the mortgage down to HomEq in-May. HomEq nolonger exists. The documents were used in Ocwen. I received my credit history thinking they'd display the mortgage as sealed. No, the reviews display the home loan as still excellent with Ocwen. After I named Ocwen to revise my credit history they've no info on my closed account. Meanwhile, my credit reports display the $65,000 lien on my reviews. Then I obtained a 1099C - Termination of Debt of $3,252 from Ocwen. The purchase of the home was totally resolved and that I shouldn't have obtained this Termination of Debt. Again, after I contact Ocwen to fix their documents and also to rescind the 1099C, I get no-where. There's no info within their program about my paid of mortgage. I actually named the Ocwenis boss and all of the workplace did was link me to an associate at work in India who might do practically nothing for me personally as my bill number and info does not exists within their database. This can be a total headache! That has my documents? Who directed me the incorrect duty informaiton?
