These people promised to help in modifying my mortgage to a lower payment & interest. I paid them upfront fees of $2400.00 for processing/negotiating my loan. They kept in touch by email telling me things were going well, and the was no need to contact my lender.
I notified my so called 'negotiator' when I received a letter indicating my home was going into sheriff sale, she advised me she will look into the matter and not to worry. My home went thru the sheriff sale, and I now have to leave within 6 months because my home is foreclosed with no chance of redemption.
DO NOT follow in my footsteps, nor of the others before me. Contact HUD and they will refer you to the proper people to assist you in these hard time. Your local government has all the answers, not these people. DO YOUR RESEARCH, and protect yourself. Unfortunately, it was too late for me.
