I acquired two telephone communications within the same-day out of this organization. One concept stated that these were calling in mention of the purchase I'd put online. The 2nd concept stated that these were calling about my telephone purchase. I called back since I understood there has to be some error since I have had positioned no purchases whatsoever. After I talked using the client "treatment" repetition they stated that there has to be an error and there have been no purchases under my name. Five nights later I get online to pay for my charge card stability and discover a $1600.00 cost out of this organization. Fortunately my charge card organization (Pursuit rocks!) is handling this cost with no responsibility from me, however it is frustrating this organization did not end with simply tearing off people who really did spot requests, but have bowed to taking card numbers today aswell.
