Will not release funds

I Deposit my tax look at my AccountNow consideration. Today AccountNow won't launch my resources in my experience. First AccountNow stated that I have to send show of who I'm (Good Driver License) and my Social Security Card, a Statement along with a backup of my Tax Document (1040). I did so. Today after I did so that, Today AccountNow won't reply the telephone for me personally. Please don't utilize AccountNow or Metabank. AccountNow is utilizing Metabank routing amount so that they would be the same
