Freedom fidelity management to negotiate settlement with several credit cards for a set amount payments made monthly for 12 months its a scan one possible settlement and they are asking for more money

Contract agreement was that freedom fidelity (aka) alliance 8 was to negotiate settlement for six credit cards. With 12 monthly payments one credit credimay have been settled. They took their fee off the top then added a monthly maintence fee. Now they are asking for more money in order to settle other cards the amount which I already paid was to be what was needed to settle all six accts. Its a scan.
