PayPower has shut down website and as well has shut down all three phone lines

It seams we users of PayPower have been taken to the cleaners as of midnight 1/25 PayPower has shut down their website. And also shut down all three phone lines. I went on line to check my balance as my card would not work. No luck it just wont work any more. I called the phone # they have for 24 hr automated help all are non operational

Not only dose this create a loss in terms of lost funds of money that belongs to us, but what about the card holders that buy funds at retail stores in the form of Reloadit packs of $50.00 and the $100.00 that will never be recovered or the retailers that lose the commission on these cards

In closing I can see a website go down for problems, as well as phone lineshaving trouble. But the odds of a website and all of their phones going down are just to much to believe. If they were on the up and up they would have posted it on there site of a problem They have not done that.
