Union Bank hired The Best Service company and Greg Lawrence of Lawrence and Lawrence to collect and alleged debt they said I owed Union Bank. On several occasions through registered mail, I asked for proof of this debt. It was never given to me. Subsequently, Lawrence and Lawrence hired Bob Shultz of Saddleback Attorney services to process serve me. He NEVER did serve me, I have irrefutable evidence that he did not. Shultz swore under the penalty of perjury in papers filed with the Orange County Superior Court that he personally served me. I have asked him and Lawrence and Lawrence to provide proof that he served me and validation of debt. They have refused. A judgment was filed against me. I never had a chance to defend myself. I would like Union Bank, The Best Service Company, Lawrence and Lawrence to vacate the judgment against me and cease all collection against me. I would also like to see the process server, Bob Shultz of Saddleback attorney Services as well as Lawrence and Lawrence to be held accountable for their lying to the courts about serving me.in a letter to The Best Service Company: I am in receipt of your reply stating that your records show that I was personally served on April 28, at 7:37 A.M. At my home address. This is not true and I have irrefutable evidence to prove it. Your process server did not serve me and lied to you and the courts. The documents I have will prove it. Your firm, client and process server will have a lot of explaining to do should this proceed any further. Additionally, I asked you to provide validation of debt. Since you have not, I ask that you now provide me with your contacts at Union Bank that initiated this. If you won’t provide this, I will instruct consumer protection agencies and my attorneys to ask them. If need be, I will seek remedy on this through all available channels. I have filed complaints with corresponding consumer protection agencies and have spoken to members of the media about this type of behavior. They feel there are many others such as myself that have been victims of situations such as this and are interested in knowing more about my case. I will also be speaking to three of my elected representatives about this subject during the latter part of January and early February. This is taking a lot of my time, energy, expense and causing me a lot of stress. My reputation has been impugned and I have business deals fall apart because of this false action. If I need to involve to instruct my law firms in this, I will instruct them to vigorously and aggressively defend my rights and seek all remedies against all parties involved. Your firm has falsely filed a judgment against me, put liens on my bank accounts and property, defamed me and I can prove it. I was never able to defend my self in the court action and subsequent judgment. I am giving you, your client and Union Bank an opportunity to drop this and we can each move on. If I need to spend anymore time, money and effort on this, I will take all action necessary. I urge you to dismiss all action against me immediately. I will expect an answer by January 18. I would like Union Bank, The Best Service Company to vacate the judgment against me and cease all collection against me. I would also like to see the process server, Bob Shultz of Saddleback attorney Services held accountable for his lying to the courts about serving me
