I ordered a credit card from this person before Christmas. It was promised the card would arrive 3-5 days. After 5 days nothing came and this person blamed it on the blizzard in NY that week. After another 3 days it was determined this card was lost. Another card was issued and this person convinced me to order another one for a loved one. He promised this both cards will be issued the same day and will be sent by a method that would be able to be tracked. He gave me an update the day they were supposed to be sent. I requested a tracking number but none was given. He stopped communication after that. Sent me a short email saying his computer had a virus and told me someone from the underwriter's office would call me. I have not received any phone call from them or have I received another correspondence from this person. Before this post I sent him another email asking for some answers but he refused to answer my email. The telephone number is a voicemail and no one picks up.
