I'm ANSWERING IT SINCE I've NOT AND NOT AUTHORIZED FROM YOU, AND THAT I DON'T WISH TO BECAUSE MY PARTNER AND THAT I CURENTLY HAVE OUR OWN INSURANCE, THEREFORE G LE AS E D A N CE M THE STATED ENROLLMENT.
