False rate information given

I named American Show about balance transfer presents and was informed many times on fresh cards "per cent attention, no costs for 6 months!" the following month my statement confirmed 18.99% costs on my move. American Express refused any obligation due to their first representiveis complete error. The corporation simply works to tear people down for costs!
