LVNV FUNDING, LLC, has caught Hammerman & Hultgren, P.C., 3101 North Central Avenue, Suite 500, Phoenix, AZ 85012; 602-264-2566 to prosecute me within the Yuma County Superior Court for over $20,000 (H&His costs aren't involved) in a they will not explain. First, they offered another person and that I have an affidavit. Next, I responded seeking them to supply a journal or various other evidence of state. H&H submitted a Standard and therefore are today processing a Reasoning. They never replied to my demand! I'm currently being recommended to get hold of the neighborhood sheriff and document this under Scam, Waste and Misuse. Subsequently, I'll collect my paperwork as well as the sheriff statement and react using the state court team.
