IRC mailed a prize document that I had won $1,250.000 and wanted me to sent $19.99 for the office attendant reproting fee. They have no street address or internet address. Please advise others

A prize data document report was sent to me that I had won $1,250.00 and I was to send in $19.99 to cover the office reporting fee.

I did not respond to this document but wanted to warn others.
