We have patiently endured the constant overcharges on a monthly basis. After 5 YRS of having enough, we finally cancelled with them. At the time of cancellation on the phone, I was informed that we still under contract and we would have to pay a cancellation fee of $300. I explained that we were not aware of this charge since our original contract was over with them. The person on the phone said she will fax over the contract where this is stated and the charge is explained. This has NEVER happened. After 3 months of working with another company, they are sending us a letter demanding to be paid and then sets us off to a collection company that we are getting threatening calls from on a daily basis.in this competitive field, it's hard to imagine that RBS Lynk thinks this kind of abuse can attract future business and good will. It's difficult enough to survive as a small business owner without having to deal with such unethical and downright nasty company.
