Here is what I am finding hard to accept:

• Hew does a guy standard on over $8,000, 000 in building loans from Locations Bank, Document for and obtain accepted for bankruptcy, as well as in the meantime type and create a new company using the guy who had been the primary connection with Areas Bank for both businesses?

• how can Regions Lender permit the facility of the "purchase card" to achieve over $140,000 before switching it down (as organized in suit)?

• Bob River was an executive with Areas bank and also the placement of Vicepresident of Privatebanking and it is currently employed by Mercantile Bank.

• Bob River leaves his placement with Areas Bank after 6½ decades to-go into company with Mitch Menaker.
