No deposit refund

US Structures won't return my deposit of $2,000. They've confronted to prosecute me easily proceed to follow my return and also have delivered words from their lawyer claiming I'm in material violation of the deal I never obtained till they informed me that they're maintaining my deposit to get a restocking fee.
