8:30 am (11/26) we get a phone call from http://mortgagepaymentrepair.com.
Why would I get a phone call if my number is listed in DNC list since 2004?
The company wanted to solict me for a loan modification but I really had to have them repeat alot because it seemed to be a call center from India.
I looked up the address they are using is a UPS store address as their own.
Second they are not listed in DFI for the State of Arizona as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Bank. If company is doing loan modifications in Arizona, yes they need a licence and the employee of the company needs a LO licence.
This company did not have either.
People doing business in Arizona, should be aware of our current laws and be carefull doing business with anyone using a UPS store address
