CPS Lying to me about the balance to pay after selling the car. Looks like I am paying the whole amount of $12,000 plus all over

I am reporting this financial service for lying to me about the balance after selling the car for $5000 plus. The original amount of the car was $11,000 plus tax and all but ending up paying the whole amount at $12,000.00 plus. This is ridiculously stupid!
