Yamaha, Honda, victory, polaris sales & service Maxeys Cycle DISTROYED a very crippled old mans credit on Social Security by malicious underhanded dealings to sell a motorcycle., City

Hello, I hope everyone will read my complaint because It will help you be aware of dishonest, double-dealing, deceitful business men at Maxeys cycle. I am very disabled from a twisted spinal vertebra broke at 3 places, along with knee replacement etc. I live alone and can barely take care of myself, but i work real hard at doing things myself. I have too much pain to drive, but my doctor asked me if i ever thought of driving a motorcycle to the store, he knew a few people in my condition of being bent over that purchased a cycle and it changed there life. So I rode a friend of mines bike and it was great, there was harly any pain in my leg and back, I have never had a bike and opened the phone book and found Maxeys cycle, I went down there and I was really excited at the cycles, I felt young again. They had a yamaha on the floor that was on sale a v-star yamaha 1300 tour. For $10,000 brand new. I left and came back 3 times to look at it, but they looked at my credit and the credit score was low. I always made my payments on time but it was other stuff that wasnt mine that i had to clean up. I went home and they called me and said they had a bank that could loan me the money. I said I had to have payments under $200.00 and a good bank. Tony Maxey said we got it, your payments will be $170.00 but you have to have a cosigner, and i did not no one. So my ex wife called and i told her about it and she knew how much my word meant to me and said she would do it. I called Maxeys and we came in the next morning, they were really treating me like a king and i really got excited big time and they knew it. My ex worked graveyard and was in a hurry to leave. We sign the papers and it looked good, I am used to my bank and trusted them.

After i sign the papers i asked how lond will it take to build it and they said oh you have to take the floor model, I said where is it and he said it was being cleaned up for you, I didnt like this but what could i do. I drove it home and started reading all the extra warrentys i purchased, about $3000.00 worth but then i got to the contract. I had to read it over and over, they told me it was with yamaha bank and i did look them up before i made the purchased and i was pleased with them. Well there's 2 ways of telling a customer the bank name. My finance was with Household finance that works with yamaha, a very bad finance company, there all over the internet of doing bad dealings and it was at 13 percent I kept reading and this was a promotion they never told us about. This means in a year if i didnt get it paid off. My payment would be $400.00 a month. I was in a panic, I called Maxeys and asked why did they do this to me. Tony Maxey said sorry you are the one who sign the papers. I said could i bring it back and he said well ok but i can only give you trade in price. This was the same day. What i sign for was a credit card and now they had my ex wife on it to. I beged him to take it back that i could barely pay for my medicine. I could afford $170.00 not $400.00. Only 20.00 goes toward the principle. I tried to get all the warrentys taken off and that took months.

The only way i could get some of it back was to spend it in there store. I tried to get a second mortgage but the houseing is in bad shape and the banks thinks Im a bad risk with my condition. So everyone be carefull now i have to let the bike go back and ruin my credit, I hope Tony Maxey is happy selling that bike. I cut this short, to get my point across there was a lot of words and telephone calls. Thank you
