I paid Danthony for two corporations and services. He failed to perform and refused to refund my money. Furthermore, he has no problem attempting to hijack corporations at Secretary of States websites and then trying to convince you that it is yours. After extensive dealings with him and learning his MO, I discovered he is nothing more than an ill-advised broker who passes deals on to other brokers who attempt to do business. He will NOT perform in any of his services to provide corporations or funding, these are areas he has only contact with other brokers who will sell you their services. I will be suing him individually and his corporate officers for fraud and welcome others that have been ripped off by him to contact me for joint lawsuit. Lessons in business are hard learned. I took a chance by trusting him to perform, he took a chance doing business with me thinking I would let a few thousand dollars go without further action. We were both wrong. I intend to do whatever I can to ensure he is put out of business along with every other "wannabe" who steals peoples money and time in this arena.
