Took money out of banking account unathurized i called 5 or 6 times and was told i would be contacted and have not been when i called and asked for address i was hung up on

Platnium online group llc took money from my bank account with a promise if i call within ten days it would not happen i called 4 to 5 days later several times all i got was a messenger saying i would be contacted within 24 to 48 hrs its been 3 days i asked for there address and got hung up on
