I am hearing my same story over and over. Not knowing better we paid $1495 up front for a service that lenders can help you with for free. Bill Ray consistantly blamed our bank on the delays. When I started questioning more, he became angry, and even threatend a law suit. If you have been victimized by this man please do your part and report your story to Attorney General of your state and FL, FL Division Of Finance (as of 1/1/10 he was suppose to have a Morgage Broker Business License), FBI, BBB... Not only do I want a full refund, I do not want any other family to go thru the pain he has put us through.
