Hi Jesus and Tricia,

I know this is not your problem. I sent off the entire package again (8 Oct). 3 months of waisted time and effort to make this whole thinkg go smoothly and it did not. I have borrowed money from friends and family and cashed in mutual funds, bonds, cd's and part of my IRA to stay affloat. Whats next, I am not giving up my house.

I am not sure of GMAC's tatics or ethics (Shady organization), but it seems like the system is geared for the customer to fail, so they keep getting paid.
I guess Obama's plan does not apple to them.

Ok, enough of the small talk. What can I do? So they do not play this game again. Who can I call or write? Better Business Bureau, Congress, Obama?

I sent them a fax and sent them copies of everything. Do you guys need a copy?

I am not sure whats going on with GMAC ethics. I received a letter today saying that I took over 90 days to give them
the proper documents. So I need to submit everything again. I will fax it and send it to them in the mail (first class).

Is this procedure normal or is there some funny business going on with this company. I should I report them to
the better business bureau or some body. I have all the emails, faxes and copies of what I have sent them.

We have been living, paying bills and fixing my car using my Credit Card. I had to take $6000.00 from my IRA to pay for this. I fear that I will need to take out more to make ends meet.

What more do these people want? Can you help or can somebody from your company check this out
