Lossing paper work for 10 months on a loss mod

Gmac need to be sued, i have filed paper work for a loan mod, for 10 months, 5 times, ever time they said they did not get it every one need to get to gather and get them straighten out, that's the only way we the little people can stand, so stand people, not only me there a lot of people hurting
