Jacob Wesley, V.P. Finance Jimmy Larouche and Audrea Williams... Claim agents Fraudilently try to get me to cash a check for $3,690.00 saying I won a lottery and I need to send this money to cover the taxes involved

General Consumer and Merchandise Reward Promotions International, Inc. And Wesley Jacobs acting as the companies vp of finances sent me a check for $3,690.00.instructing me to cash the check and sending $3,029.00 of the check by moneygram or western union. This was to pay the nonresident tax which would be owed on the original winning money that I won of 47,000.00 dollars. After cashing the check I was to contact either Jimmy Larouche or Audrea Williams claim agents @ 1-315-849-2510 for further instrutions where to send the money. Then I would recieve my $47,000.00 via FEDEX/DHL/UPS shipping the next day. I was also instructed not to give out any personal information in regards to this claim. It was signed by WESLEY JACOBS.
