They called me this morning and said they were from Tm Capital Management INC/offices of Tyler & Morgan. They said they were going to file a law suit against me for a civil complaint if I didn't pay this balance from this company in full. After telling him I didn't have any money he suggested that I borrow from a friend or family and even went so far as to tell me that I have one hour to call him back before they sue me. I looked up the phone number which I was given to contact (904) 379-5762 and it is for a Fred George, 6621 Van Gundy Road, Jacksonville, FL 32208-2949. He was working under the alias Adam Glen.
