Vesta A T & T
They stole my debit card information and have been using it

This is the third time my debit card has been compromised. I see that Vesta AT & T has been doing this for years. How can this be.
They have been fraudulently charging my account $70 for at least 8 months. My bank isn't much help. They tell me to file a police report and jump through hoops just to stop them from sending the money.
