This company has cheated landscapers, painters, even a mom with a child with disabilities who stays home creating color site plans which he is using on website and marketing yet never paid for. They even owe leasing commissions for deals they refuse to pay. I am also aware of specific instances of the company charging over a years worth of electricity to small business owners at one time and threatening to turn power off if not paid.
