Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I started disputing FCNB late last year when I realized that the minimum payment on the accounts I held were always less than the finance charges. When I question this, they could not give me an explanation. The month after I made the inquiry, my payment amazinly jumped up by $50. I knew right then and there that they were engaging in fraudulent activity. I sent numerous leteers without a response.

When I was contacted, it was by third-party collectors who told me that; "You had some gripes on this account but that has nothing to do with us". I was willing to bring the account current in spite of all that but they refused to remove the late & overlimit fees. I was trying to do the right thing for the sake of my credit, but NOW I am NOT paying them a DIME! I'm sick of being ripped off by these companies; FCNB, Providian, MCI to name a few. Consumers are stuck paying these bills although it is evident that there is fraud because they do not want to hurt their credit rating. The truth is ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
