To which We responded to, and filled out a mountian of paperwork, and paid over $3800.00 for loan modification services
The company stoped comunicating with us on 6/17/10. I reinvestigated the comany in reference to scam, and noticed that the FBI raided thier office in Oceanside Ca on 6/20/10. This explains why they are not answering the phone or responding to emails
I am concerned that this company is repeating this all across the nation and intends to take advantage of people, that on this level would be fraudulent, intentional, and felonious.
My objective in this action, is to demand prefomance of promises made for contracted services, including full transparency on the lack of communication to clients.
