I am angry that first platinum has taken 99.95 dollars out of my account

I'm furious that first jewelry has taked 99.95 bucks out-of my bill. I've named my lender and submitted a for this quantity. Is there a site straight to customer support where I will also create for them, I'll be calling them likewise. I notice this has occur to a number of other people why has nothin been completed to prevent this.
