I too like alot of you didn't do the research and foolishly sent in the $49.00 for rush processing.

How could I have done that? Anyway we cannot let them get away with this. I am going to alert all of the banks in my area tomorrow and let them know that when they posting checks do not cash checks that are made out to CONSUMER PREFERRED!!
