I hired Lincoln National Group. I gave them $1,400 to modify my loan in August of 09. I also had to come up with an insane amount of paper work, not just once but twice. I had to spend money out of my pocket to fax it to them both times.
I was never able to get direct contact with anyone that was handeling my case. It is going on a year and nothing has been done. When I signed a contract with Lincoln National, my home WAS NOT in Foreclosure! I wanted my interest rates lowered and Lincoln National said they could help. I am now approaching foreclosure if I don't work something out with my mortgage company because my Mitigator Michael Barrett and then switched to Nati Har-Sinay advised me not to keep up with my payments. They said my chances would be better off this way! I was smoothed talked into a scam!
One day ago I tried to contact them and they sent me an e-mail about how Licoln National is filing for Bankruptcy due to Finacial Hardship. My Mitigator told me to contact my Mortgage Lender and ask for Loss Mitigation. So Now I know that I paid someone else to tell me to do what they should have done! I wish I had seen this site in April when the first report was made. Stay away from Lincoln National Group!!!
