Trying to organize M3 victims for contacting the media

I too have been in and out of contact with this company since September. After a bunch of shenanigans, I am at the end of my rope and have contacted them numerous times regarding a case status and, for the last two weeks, regarding a refunds since they have admitted that there is nothing else that can be done to complete a short-refi that they "gauranteed"
